The Building Technologies Division of Siemens, based in Zug, Switzerland, is a leading provider of automation technologies and services for buildings and infrastructures. Diagnose, optimise and maintain building services with the remote system Climatix IC. It allows cloud-based and remote access around the clock, and from any location, to access the building systems. Our practice-oriented product film shows how it works, its range of possibilities and service advantages for operators, OEMs and users.
Task
The new, web-based remote servicing system supports manufacturers of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout the entire lifecycle of a system. It optimises diagnostics, maintenance and building automation – easily, efficiently and remotely. These and some other benefits needed to be communicated quickly and intelligibly within 60 seconds.
Solution
As close to real life as it gets: we show the advantages of the application with concrete examples from practice. Together with our contacts at Siemens Switzerland, we developed the storybooks with screen and speaker texts for the new Climatix IC solution in the IC 20 and IC 40 versions. Overall, we developed a simple concept to transport the messaging cinematically, which saved on time and costs thanks to our high degree of expertise planning.
