Search Engine Optimisation – SEO
Search engine optimisation (SEO) generally involves adapting and optimising the website. It aims to improve the visibility and ranking of the website on search engines. Effective and strategically implemented SEO measures ensure that content is visible online and more accessible to target groups. Continuity of measures plays a crucial role: ensuring that content is always up-to-date and regularly optimised is the best foundation for long-term and sustainable success in organic search results.
Solution
When we begin a search engine optimisation project, we focus on researching, evaluating, and identifying the most suitable keywords. In addition to market knowledge and customer dialogue, various tools help us to analyse the website in question, the online activities of competitors, and industry-specific search behaviour. Our SEO analyses tailored to B2B markets pay off in the medium and long term for companies looking to increase their website's visibility with content relevant to their target group. To sustainably improve the website's overall performance, we rely on a combination of technical search engine optimisation and content optimisation through relevant content.
Technical SEO optimisation for a website to improve visibility for B2B customers
The objective was to improve the visibility of a B2B website in the service sector. Following an intensive SEO analysis of the existing website and evaluation, we revised and redefined the keywords. In the first phase of our activities, our focus was primarily on the technical optimisation of the site, which included optimising meta data for specific keywords and the site's content. The SERPs (Search Engine Result Pages) appear in the search engine results overview and give a first impression of the page's content. The technical optimisation of the website forms the basis for a long-term SEO strategy.
Noteworthy: Images and graphics are highly relevant, particularly for Google search results. Our technical SEO optimisation, therefore, also includes the optimisation of image files.
Website for a technology client: Focus on keyword research/definition and content optimisation
The goal here was to achieve better rankings for specific keywords. When designing a campaign website for a client from the technology sector, we went beyond programming, layout design and standard copywriting. We successfully establish the website by focusing on researching and defining relevant keywords. Thanks to our content-related search engine optimisation, the website ranked in the top position on Google for the targeted topic after just three months. Extensive keyword research was the basis for the outstanding success. We avoided keyword stuffing by defining relevant keywords for the campaign in advance and using them strategically on the website. Instead of keyword stuffing, we created easy-to-read and enjoyable content that was relevant to the target group.
As the chart above illustrates, measurable success for keywords was made within the first few weeks, and continued to improve over time.
The objective of this project was to integrate a landing page on the topics of energy transition and resource optimisation for an international technology group's global website.
Due to highly competitive market dynamics, our client faced a challenging situation. We conducted a comprehensive market and competitor analysis in the first phase of our SEO efforts. These efforts revealed the fields in which the competitors were active - and identified relevant and overlapping keyword opportunities.
Based on the analysis, we identified relevant keywords that competitors were not taking advantage of. We enabled our client to occupy unoccupied niches in a targeted manner and position the topic in a very focused yet highly visible way.
Client from the real estate sector: Focus on SEO analysis
This project aimed to improve the visibility of a client's website in the real estate sector. Our task was to analyse the existing website and recommend measures to improve its visibility.
We began by analysing the client's current and past visibility in the relevant search engines using current and historical keywords. By reconstructing a comprehensive overview, our client could better understand how previous changes affected the website's visibility and individual pages.
During the second phase, we conducted an in-depth website analysis for technically necessary content and a fundamental review of keywords influencing the ranking. As a result of the keyword optimisation that followed, the page's visibility index significantly increased.
