Task
Develop a direct mailing for B2B customers in the DACH region that convinces refrigeration companies to use the new customer portal. Designed to replace print catalogues, Vi2Plan is a new tool that provides clients with an intelligent, simple and more sustainable method to plan cold rooms and refrigeration units.
Solution
An eye-catching pop-up mailer that presents the new Vi2Plan planning tool in a fun and delightful way. An intriguing question on the front cover sparks the reader’s curiosity. Once the card is opened, a folding mechanism activates a three-dimensional cold room pops up to captivate attention, inviting the customer to read more. The benefits and advantages of the new portal are highlighted with icons and short copies, and the call-to-action drives readers to the online portal. The mailing is made complete with a personalised letter and login details, all delivered in a GDRP-compliant envelope to protect data and privacy.
