Based in Olpe, Germany, the family-owned Gebr. KEMPER GmbH & Co. KG is a global market leader in integrated markets. As a manufacturer of valve and system technology for building services engineering, KEMPER serves customers across three business units: Building Technology, Foundry Technology, and Rolled Products. In 2021, the company generated a turnover of nearly €450 million with around 900 employees.

Task

To develop a high-impact awareness campaign that positions KEMPER’s drinking-water hygiene range as a complete, forward-looking solution – one that, thanks to its unique concept, ensures a cleaner, safer, and more resource-efficient cold-water supply in modern buildings.

Solution

We created a cross-media campaign that presents the KEMPER Hygiene System as an integrated solution. Rather than focusing on individual products, the communication highlights the core principle behind the system – a unique concept that offers significant benefits for building operators and users in everyday operation.
A strong key visual, paired with clear messaging and concise ad copy, conveys the strengths of the KEMPER Hygiene System at a glance. The awareness campaign makes a complex technical topic both understandable and engaging for different target groups.
Based on a strategic concept including target-group and competitor analysis, we developed a series of brochures, print advertisements, and a long-term social media campaign with original content posts – ensuring lasting visibility and brand recognition.

Key Visual Awareness Campaign

The key visual developed for the awareness campaign immediately attracts attention and highlights the innovative nature of the KEMPER Hygiene System. Together with the campaign claim, consistent tone of voice, and clear storytelling, it ensures that key messages are easy to understand and memorable for every audience.

Landing Page

The landing page created for the awareness campaign presents the holistic system clearly and intuitively. Smart UX design enables users to explore all aspects of the solution with ease, while keyword optimisation enhances the page’s search performance and visibility.

Brochures

Developed on the foundation of our strategic concept, the brochures explain the principle behind KEMPER KHS in an accessible way and outline its advantages over conventional systems. For operators and users, the focus lies on everyday performance and hygiene; for planners, on the technical features and their practical implementation.


Social Media Strategy and Content Creation

As part of the awareness campaign, we created a social media strategy to establish the system’s benefits long-term across digital channels. The visuals and headlines adapt the campaign key visual and clearly illustrate the contrast to traditional solutions. For an effective mix, we produced single-image, carousel, video, and document posts – each designed to reinforce the campaign message across formats.


Give-away Flyer

The key visual was so well received that it evolved into a give-away format. We developed a compact four-page flyer in business-card format. Continuing the campaign claim “More value. One system. KEMPER KHS.”, the flyer captures the system’s highlights in a concise and appealing way – shared as a small take-away within a glass.
